There are three ways of looking at Schrodinger's Cat, before the box is opened.  1 - The cat in the box is alive.  2 - The cat in the box is dead. 2 - The cat in the box is all possibilities, both dead and alive simultaneously.  (Interestingly, we may see each other in similar ways, depending on our degree of psychopathy vs lovingness).
